About Upside Avenue
Upside Avenue provides access to professionally-managed multifamily real estate investments, once only available to commercial and high net worth individuals.
We were tasked with auditing the Upside Avenue brand and concluded they needed a more dynamic, expanded brand to become memorable with each touchpoint. We created a new brand color palette, brand elements, and an elevated typography suite.

We created the “edge” brand element to illustrate Upside Avenue’s forward-thinking, social positive brand values. The edge mimics the logo street sign design to carry the signage concept across the entire brand.
Along with helping Upside Avenue convert more customers via their website redesign, they wanted an elevated design that would showcase their services as well as their dynamic team and capabilities
